Illustrated with an engraved hand-colored additional title-page as well as 12 hand-colored engraved plates by James Smith after Robert Furber and Peter Casteels. Contemporary quarter brown calf over blue paper-covered boards, front board detached, boards soiled and worn, spine dry, chipping at top and bottom of spine, remnants of old paper label in upper front and rear joint; all edges trimmed; engraved title-page starting; old ownership inscription at top of title-page, dated 1836; scattered minor spotting and soiling.
