4 SETS OF CASED VINTAGE ENAMELED SPOONS.
Comprising four individual Danish and English cased sets of enameled spoons, including a large cased set of 12 soup spoons, two each of matching colors rendered in translucent enamel over a guilloche ground, each marked Ela DENMARK STERLING and .925, length of each spoon 5.1 inches (13cm), and in original fitted case. As well as a cased set of three heavy, matching silver serving spoons in blue, white, and red champleve enamel decoration, marked P. HERTZ, Copenhagen, in original silk-lined box, length of each spoon 8.25 inches (21cm). Together with a cased set of sterling teaspoons with shell-shaped bowls decorated in translucent lilac enamel over a guilloche ground, Birmingham hallmark, maker's mark T & S, and date letter for 1929, length of each spoon 3.25 inches (8.5cm), and in original retailer's custom-fitted case. And a cased set of six silver-gilt and enameled demitasse spoons, the bowls of each decorated with enamel-painted wildflowers on a white lustre enameled ground. Birmingham hallmarks, maker's mark SL, and date letter for 1957, in original fitted case, length of each spoon 3.75 inches (9.5cm). Total weight of all spoons combined 700 grams.
