A refined set of six cobalt blue cut-to-clear crystal cordial or liqueur glasses, beautifully executed with brilliant wheel-cut floral decoration against a rich sapphire-blue overlay. Each rounded bowl is deeply cased in cobalt blue and expertly engraved with stylized eight-petal blossoms and leafy motifs, revealing the clear crystal beneath in striking contrast. The elegant bowls are raised on slender clear crystal stems terminating in finely molded circular feet decorated with radiating sunburst patterns, lending both stability and visual refinement. The crisp cutting and saturated cobalt coloration exemplify the enduring appeal of Central European overlay crystal produced during the twentieth century. Inspired by traditional Bohemian crystal craftsmanship, these glasses reflect the artistry for which the great glasshouses of Bohemia became internationally renowned.
