Dennis and Nancy Edaakie (Zuni Pueblo) were collaborative jewelry artists whose work contributed significantly to the development of Zuni mosaic inlay jewelry during the second half of the twentieth century. Known for their finely executed inlay work, the husband-and-wife team created jewelry distinguished by detailed craftsmanship, vibrant color, and depictions of birds, wildlife, and traditional Pueblo imagery.

Dennis Edaakie (b. 1931), a member of the Parrot Clan, was raised in Zuni, New Mexico, and learned jewelry making from his uncle, noted Zuni jeweler Jacob Haloo. Following service in the United States Army during the Korean War, he devoted himself to silversmithing and developed a highly recognizable artistic style. Nancy Edaakie (b. 1937), of the Frog Clan, became his lifelong creative partner, specializing in the intricate lapidary work that formed the hallmark of their jewelry.

Working together, Dennis crafted the silver settings while Nancy executed the meticulous stone inlay using turquoise, coral, jet, mother-of-pearl, and other materials. Their collaborative approach produced examples of Zuni mosaic inlay jewelry featuring cardinals, hummingbirds, kachinas, and Koshare figures rendered with remarkable precision and naturalism. Dennis is also credited with developing the reversible pendant form during the 1970s, an innovation that further distinguished the couple's work.
