All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. Items may be viewed in our warehouse by appointment during the week. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Amounts over $1000 will require Wire Transfer

If no show within 4 days, Credit Card on file will be charged the full amount.
Any lots not picked up within 4 days will be charged a $1 per lot per day storage fee. 1 month after auction, all items not picked up will be considered abandoned. No refunds on storage fees or abandoned property.

Shipping Terms

Buyer is solely responsible for Shipping and Handling if they are unable to pickup. Local pickup is highly encouraged. Shipping EXW: Ex Works - At Buyer's Disposal.
Pickup: day of auction, by appointment during the week or during sale days.
