Stamped with the Henri-Cartier-Bresson-Magnum-Photos stamp and date "1965," and titled in ink, all verso; stamped "5229 26" in blue ink and with various pencil notations, verso

  • Dimensions: Image/Sheet: 9.875" H x 6.5" W
  • Medium: Gelatin silver print on paper
  • Condition: Overall generally good appearance. Reverse pressure marks showing through from the pencil and ink notations on the verso. A pea-sized surface scuff in the lower portion of the coat of the figure closest to the foreground, primarily visible in raking light. A few scattered handling marks. Minor surface scratches throughout, primarily visible in raking light. An edge tear extending 0.5" vertically from the left portion of the lower edge. Each sheet corner slightly dog-eared and with minor abrasions. Old tape remnants on the verso of the right portion of the lower edge. The sheet is very slightly curled inwards from the upper and lower edges. The sheet is hinged to the overmat with two pieces of hinging tape from the verso of the upper sheet edge.

    Framed under glass: 15.25" H x 12.25" W x 0.75" D

Shipping. As a courtesy to buyers, Moran provides a list of preferred shippers who are in the business of transporting antiques and works of art. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping estimates and deliveries. Moran, in its sole discretion and as a courtesy to buyers, may arrange to have purchased lots packed, insured, and forwarded by a third-party shipper at the request, expense, and risk of the buyer. In circumstances where Moran arranges for such third-party services, Moran may apply an administration charge of 15% of that service fee. Moran assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions in such packing or shipping by other packers or carriers, even if recommended by Moran. Moran also assumes no responsibility for any damage to picture frames or to the glass therein.
