This lot comprises an assortment of mid-20th-century consumer trading stamp books, late 19th-century postal documents, and international philatelic materials. The collection includes multiple trading stamp saver books from prominent American programs, featuring S&H Green Stamps Quick Saver Books and 10s and 50s Saver Books published by The Sperry and Hutchinson Company. Also present are several MacDonald Plaid Stamp Saver Books with characteristic red tartan covers, a Gold Bell Savings Book, a Blue Chip Super-Ten Savings Book, and a Top Value Hi-D purse-size saver book. Bahler and list shipments to various companies including Sears Roebuck and Co., R. H. Shumway, and H. Black Son and Co. Philatelic materials consist of a small group of Portuguese colonial postage stamps issued for Angola and S. Tome e Principe. Additional items include a 1918 calendar card from C. A. Snow and Co. Patent Lawyers of Washington, D.C., a Funk's G Hybrid Your Right Decision promotional booklet, a How to Collect Postage Stamps instructional guide, and a pad of Eureka Carlisle parcel post and caution labels dating to 1966.
