Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO Warantees, and NO Guarantees of any kind implied or expressed. You will need to contact the auction house WITHIN 6 business days from the end of the auction ( Monday the following week is Best for fastest shipping time ) by phone or email, to give payment information, or use the paypal link in the invoice sent to you. Auctionzip does NOT give any Auction Houses access to the credit/ debit cards they use for Validation. Without speedy Payment, shipping can be delayed up to 5 business days. PLEASE PAY QUICKLY ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE.

Here at PV Auctions, we are a Consignment Auction, we sell items for other people, the items we sell do not necessarily reflect the views of the auction house or its employees, please keep this in mind when you log on to find something listed that may offend you.

Payment

4 days after your invoice being sent,with no payment yet made Auctionzip may charge your total purchase to the credit card you have on file with them if you have not paid your bill by the end of the 4th day, after your invoice has been sent.. We require quick payment, calling to pay or paying via Paypal or WePay Link in your invoice.

Contract

By Bidding On Any Item in Any of Our Auctions, You Agree To ALL of our Terms and Conditions. You Agree To Pay For All Items Won At Auction And Pay For Them In An Expedient Manner Within 6 Days Of The End Of The Auction. All Items Are Sold As Is Where Is With No Warranty. When Bidding Online, You Will Do your Due Diligence In Previewing The item, Asking Specific Questions, About Condition, And Description to The Auction House, if Requested Information Is Not Available In the item Description. We Do Not Accept Returns. If You do Not Make Payment within The Allotted Time you Will Be Placed On Our No Bid List Permanently. Without Payment You Forfeit Any And All Rights to The Items Won At Auction, yet you will still owe us the remaining Commission balance. By placing a bid, You agree that you will NOT enact a charge back for your payment, or if paying by Paypal, By bidding you agree to NOT open a dispute on paypal for any reason whatsoever. if you do, you will be placed on our permanent no bid list, relinquish all rights to won items and still be liable for all charges. we have a zero tolerance policy for charge backs and disputes. we will do our best to help with any problems you may have with your shipping, or items. but do not accept the disrespect that comes by taking our hard earned money, after we have put in all the hard work to properly list, sell, then ship our consignments. By bidding You agree To all terms and condition, written here, on your bidding portal site, and announecments made at the beginning of the auction.

Please take note you will receive only one invoice from us from now on, you will not receive it for several days after the auction, after we have packaged your items. We go down the line in alphabetic order, so you will receive your invoice according to your last name. We do this to ensure the most accurate and honest shipping

Condition/ Packages

We have had many bidders wait 3+ months to contact us in regards to a missing item, if you notice something wrong or missing from your package, please CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY. Generally the item will be found in your package, if you call us right away, we stand a better chance of recovering your item(s), and solving the issue, after so much time has passed, its going to be nearly impossible to track your items down. We will give the buyer 10 days to contact us about any situation, after the 10 days (from delivery date), we will not be held responsible for questionable packages.

Shipping Terms

We will ship worldwide, we do our own in house packaging and shipping and pride ourselves on great results. We do not try to make money on shipping we only charge the actual shipping fee plus packaging materials cost. We recycle boxes from our local grocery store as well as using postal provided boxes to keep the costs down for our buyers. We want you to bid on multiple items in multiple auctions so we try to treat you right. You as the buyer are responsible for all costs of Shipping, Handling, & Packaging. Shipping charges on small orders are what the shipping service charges us plus $1.00 for packaging and handling. On larger orders, shipping charges are what the shipping service charges us, however, packaging charges may be more than $1.00 due to the higher cost of packaging, and materials. Our auction house has been online for 3 years on Auctionzip, we have also sold on Ebay since 1999 under a different user name, so we are quite experienced with shipping. We decided to take a break from Ebay and try the live auction scene a few years ago so we signed up with Auctionzip with great success. We hope to provide great items to great bidders.
