RESALE: Wilson's reserves the right to resale any property not paid for in full on sale day. Buyer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred from resale, collection, and/or damages resulting from the sale.DISPUTES: Wilson's shall designate the buyer after each item is sold. If a dispute arises between two agents, Wilson's may reopen bidding.BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 20% Buyer's Premium.
