Conditions of Sale

All items are sold as is. Pictures are provided. Descriptions are provided. Additional pictures or descriptions provided upon request. Ask any and all questions before bidding as all sales are final. I do not accept returns unless agreed upon by both parties.

CONTRACT

Your bid is a legal contract to purchase. If you bid on an item and win that item you are legally responsible to pay for that item within 2 days or your credit card on file with Auction Zip/Invaluable will be charged through the website.

CONDITION

Condition of items are based on Sellers professional opinion.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due upon invoicing. You have 2 days to pay invoice on your own. If no payment is received on the 3rd day your credit card on file with Invaluable/Auction Zip will be charged through the website. Up to date cards are required. For all invoices $500 and higher, ACH/eCheck payment will be required.

SHIPPING TERMS

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. All items will be shipped USPS priority mail, insured if needed. If large/heavy item will be shipped UPS insured. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items once item is documented delivered.
