This lot comprises an assortment of American paper ephemera and advertising materials spanning the late 19th to the mid-20th centuries. A primary item is a large die-cut, bell-shaped floral print dated 1883 by E. Wolf of Philadelphia, featuring a central portrait of a young girl surrounded by roses and violets. The collection features materials related to the actress Minnie Palmer, including a theater playbill for the Leland Opera House production of William Gill's musical comedy My Sweetheart! and a separate portrait card. Advertising items include a red and white paper bag for Dukor Whole Bean Coffee from H. Greenfest and Son of New York and various Victorian trade cards for products such as Major's Cement, Barker's Nerve and Bone Liniment, and Diamond Black Leather Oil manufactured by the Globe Oil Company of Cleveland. The collection also contains promotional materials for Rising Sun Stove Polish, a Fun at Parties booklet of games and stunts, an F.W. Woolworth Co. envelope, several Nox-Rust Vapor Wrapper envelopes from the Daubert Chemical Company, and a 1971 Sambo's Restaurant sticker.

Large items, such as furniture, large signs, neon, etc, will exclusively be FOR PICK-UP ONLY or for private courier delivery as selected by the winning bidder or recommended local agent from Atlee Raber Auctions.


The buyer is free to contact any shipping company they wish, as shipment is not limited to the agents provided by Atlee Raber Auctions.

In light of the current pandemic, ALL PICK-UPS will be scheduled with our office in advance to allow for all safety practices and precautions to occur.
