An attractive assembled collection of Dutch Delft Blue decorative pottery and porcelain accessories, celebrating the enduring tradition of blue and white Delftware inspired by seventeenth-century Dutch tin-glazed earthenware. The group comprises a hand-painted clog-form vase with traditional floral decoration, a covered trinket or dresser box decorated with a classic Dutch windmill landscape, a miniature floral-decorated jug, a double shell-form salt cellar with central handle, a pair of miniature wooden shoe (clog) ornaments decorated with windmills, and two vintage silverplate salt spoons by Bigelow, Bros. & Kennard. Executed in the characteristic cobalt blue palette on a white ground, the pieces feature traditional Dutch motifs including windmills, stylized florals, and foliate ornament, reflecting designs long associated with the renowned Delft pottery tradition. Such miniature Delft souvenirs became especially popular throughout the twentieth century, produced for both the domestic and tourist markets, and remain highly collectible for their charming decorative appeal. The included silverplate spoons, marked "Bigelow, Bros. & Kennard," add an American silver component to the grouping. Founded in Boston during the nineteenth century, Bigelow, Bros. & Kennard was among America's prominent retailers and manufacturers of fine silver and silverplate, producing quality tableware and decorative accessories that remain sought after today. Ideal for display in a cabinet, country kitchen, or Delftware collection, this charming assortment offers a pleasing variety of traditional Dutch decorative forms and makes an appealing addition for collectors of European ceramics and blue-and-white pottery.

  • Circa: Mid to Late 20th Century
  • Condition: Overall good vintage condition. Light wear, crazing, and minor handling marks consistent with age and use. The pair of miniature clogs exhibit small glaze losses and edge chips, particularly around the openings, as shown in the photographs. The silverplate spoons display tarnish and surface wear commensurate with age. No major structural damage observed to the remaining ceramic pieces.
