NOTICE! VERY IMPORTANT! Chupp Auctions is pleased to issue an opinion on any lot; the absence of a condition report does not indicate that a lot is in perfect condition or free from any damage, repair, and/or wear. Please understand that Chupp Auctions does not employ a professional advisor. All statements in any condition report, or statements taken verbally, are purely our best opinions and not a warranty. Prospective buyers are encouraged to examine each lot so as to satisfy themselves concerning condition, genuineness, relevance, age, etc. Regardless of any statements made in writing or verbally, all lots are sold strictly "AS IS". No returns will be accepted on the basis of condition. Any announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed matter. Not responsible for accidents.
Responsibilities of Purchaser
Upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, ownership of the property immediately transfers to the successful bidder, who becomes the purchaser of the property. From that time forward, the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for the property, including all costs related to handling, shipping, insurance, taxes, export, storage, and any other associated expenses. The purchaser is responsible for the full purchase price, buyer's premium, applicable taxes, and all related charges. All invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of the auction unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Chupp Auctions. If payment is not received in full, or if the purchased property is not removed within the required timeframe, Chupp Auctions reserves the right to resell the property without further notice. Any payments already made may be retained by Chupp Auctions, and the purchaser will remain responsible for any unpaid balance, resale costs, storage fees, or other related expenses.
Removal of Auction Items
All auction items will remain in possession of Chupp Auctions until the invoice has been paid in full. Items must be picked up in 10 business days. If an invoice is not paid in full within 10 days (including shipping cost), Chupp Auctions reserves the right to resell the items and the bidder forfeits any payment applied to the invoice (full or partial).

PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices with a total greater than $5,000 are not eligible for payments online and MUST be paid via wire transfer ($20 fee) or ACH. Please contact the auction house with your invoice number to obtain wiring instructions and an up-to-date invoice. All invoices must be paid in full in 5 business days and all auction items will remain in possession of Chupp Auctions until the invoice has been paid in full. A surcharge is assessed on card payments made; this charge will be stated on your invoice.
SHIPPING TERMS
Chupp Auctions will ship most smaller items at Buyer's expense via USPS or UPS. Following the auction watch for emails from Shipping Saint for your shipping invoice or to make pick-up arrangements. Please read the item description carefully to determine whether shipping is available. If no note is provided, the item is likely shippable, but Chupp Auctions reserves the right to refuse shipment for any reason. Contact the auction house before bidding if you have shipping concerns. We are happy to provide ESTIMATES prior to your bidding. Shipping can be costly, and refunds will not be issued for shipping fees exceeding the item cost. All shipments require signature acceptance and insurance. Shipping expenses include materials, labor, insurance, and shipping fees.

**Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.
** Items marked will be delivered to the UPS Store will be delivered as soon as possible and only once full payment is received, the store is not close by and we like to have a full load before making a trip out there.
WHITE GLOVE: NOW OFFERING! With white glove, we arrange for your large non-shippable items to be picked up from our location and delivered right to your door. Following the auction you will receive a white glove quote, once paid a driver will book the pick-up and then contact you for delivery arrangements. This full process can take 2-3 weeks so it is important to pay that quote as soon as you receive it. If you have alternate pick-up scheduled or plan to get your items yourself just let us know so we can get it on our schedule and we will not quote with White Glove.
PICK-UP: All items MUST be picked up within 10 business days, including by transport companies. Contact third-party transportation BEFORE you bid if you need pick-up arrangements. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM. Limited Saturday pick-ups may be scheduled in advance. NOW OFFERING: After-hours and weekend pick-up! This service will operate on a first come first serve basis as the spots are limited. These must be scheduled one full business day prior to the pick-up time. **Items not picked up within 15 business days will be considered abandoned. Chupp Auctions reserves the right to resell these items. The buyer forfeits any payments made, full or partial.**
TAX
When paying online, your state's sales tax will be applied to your invoice. Payments made directly to the auction house are subject to Indiana 7% sales tax unless you have a tax exemption to file with the auction house.
