The decorative program includes a red dragon as well as ripening peaches on gnarled black branches with leaves and a bat motif on the lower body, representing traditional symbols of longevity and good fortune. 19th-century Chinese Peking glass snuff bottle is constructed with an opaque white snowflake glass body. It features a two-color relief-carved overlay in red and black. The piece is topped with a light green hardstone stopper, possibly jadeite, mounted on a cork. The bottle rests on an oval-shaped black glass foot ring. Dimensions: 1.50"L x 1.00"W x 2.00"H.
