A substantial vintage terrazzo stone mortar paired with a turned hardwood pestle, offering both functional utility and decorative appeal. Crafted from heavy composite terrazzo embedded with multicolored marble and stone aggregate, the mortar features four projecting lug handles around the rim, lending it a distinctive architectural form reminiscent of traditional apothecary and culinary mortars. The accompanying turned wooden pestle exhibits a comfortable ergonomic grip and substantial weight suitable for grinding herbs, spices, seeds, and other ingredients.
