The first item is an ornate copper-toned metal desk calendar frame. It features an arched top with an embossed shield and garland motif and contains a standard paper calendar insert. The second item is a Japanese perpetual desk calendar in bronze-finished metal. The design features two rearing horses flanking a central revolving month indicator. The indicator is marked CHANGE MONTH on one side and TURN TOP TOWARD YOURSELF on the other. Two knurled side knobs adjust the internal indicators. The weighted base has a purple felt pad on the underside with a red and white sticker that reads JAPAN. The third item is a silver-toned chrome-plated souvenir perpetual calendar representing New York City. It includes miniature models of the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building on a base embossed with floral motifs and the text NEW YORK CITY. It utilizes a central flip-date mechanism and internal paper scrolls for the month and day of the week. The fourth item is a 1976 Bicentennial commemorative belt buckle.
