An attractive assembled group of three English bone china miniature decorative vases, comprising a charming Radnor Bone China applied flower posy vase together with a matched pair of cream-ground trumpet-form bud vases hand decorated with pink rose sprays and heightened in gilt. The centerpiece is a delightful Radnor Bone China example finished in a soft blush pink glaze and adorned with finely modeled and hand-painted porcelain blossoms in shades of lavender, yellow, and cream. Raised on three small feet, the vase exemplifies the highly decorative floral wares produced by English potteries during the mid-twentieth century, where individually applied porcelain flowers created sculptural dimension and vibrant realism. Accompanying the Radnor vase is a complementary pair of petite trumpet-form bone china bud vases featuring hand-painted rose motifs framed by molded scroll handles and accented with gilt highlights around the scalloped rims and bases. Their elegant proportions and romantic floral decoration make them ideal display pieces for cabinets, vanity tables, or seasonal arrangements. Radnor Bone China was among several respected Staffordshire potteries producing finely crafted decorative bone china during the twentieth century. Their applied floral wares remain especially sought after for the quality of their modeling and vibrant hand-painted decoration. Offered together as a decorative grouping, these miniature English porcelain vases provide an appealing addition to collections of English bone china, Staffordshire ceramics, floral porcelain, and vintage decorative arts.

  • Literature: See standard references on Staffordshire and English Bone China manufacturers, including Radnor Bone China and other mid-century English decorative porcelain producers.
  • Circa: Mid-20th Century, circa 1940s–1960s.
  • Condition: Overall good vintage condition. The Radnor applied flower vase displays expected minor losses and edge wear to several delicate porcelain petals, consistent with the fragile nature of applied floral decoration. The pair of bud vases exhibit light gilt wear and minor age-related surface wear. No major cracks or repairs observed on the photographed examples. Inspection in hand is recommended for a complete condition assessment.
