stamped "ITALY" and "750" and "80 VI", this 20th century bracelet comprises seven circular portraits of women, each on its own square panel with their names engraved in script on the back of each panel, each panel back has a gold-domed hemisphere; portraits, pigment on ivorine, small diamond, ruby and emerald accents on portraits; first portrait, of Madame Recumier, and the sixth portrait, of Dama XV11 sec., are signed "H.L."; hinges connect the panels; the bracelet has a concealed box clasp
