A collection of softcover antiquarian book dealer catalogs and bibliographical reference works, primarily featuring prominent American booksellers from the mid-20th century. The group includes multiple volumes from Philip C. Duschnes (New York), including Catalogue Number 71 and Catalogue Number 120 (First Editions, Inscribed Copies, and Association Copies). Also present are two catalogs from JoAnn Reisler, Ltd. (1982, Catalogs 18 and 19) featuring illustrated covers; two catalogs from The Jenkins Company (Austin, TX), including Catalogue 119 and Catalogue 117 (Americana from the Jenkins-Eberstadt Stock); and Goodspeed�s Book Shop (Boston) Catalogue 566. Other notable items include The Book Lovers� Miscellany No. 6 from Duttons Inc. (New York, 1930); Rare Books III from Harry L. Stern Ltd. (Chicago) featuring the anchor and dolphin printer's mark of Aldus Manutius; and a series of J & S Fine Books catalogs with diverse cover art, including Catalogue Number Five with an illustration by Arthur Rackham, Catalogue 7 with Art Deco graphics, and Catalogue 22 with a Pre-Raphaelite style illustration titled Ophelia. The lot also contains a reference pamphlet titled The Book of First Books by Allen Ahearn, published by Architectonics. The publications are primarily octavo or small quarto in size, bound in original printed or illustrated paper wrappers.

Shipping methods may include FedEx, UPS, USPS or whatever method is best. Atlee Raber Auctions cannot be responsible for loss or damage to the items during shipping.

Large items, such as furniture, large signs, neon, etc, will exclusively be FOR PICK-UP ONLY or for private courier delivery as selected by the winning bidder or recommended local agent from Atlee Raber Auctions.


The buyer is free to contact any shipping company they wish, as shipment is not limited to the agents provided by Atlee Raber Auctions.
