Shipping is available on some items but some large items such as furniture, machinery etc may be local pickup only Please see the lot descriptions for restrictions on shipping or local pickup or contact TEG Auctions prior to bidding to inquire about availability of shipping services for your lots of interest. Shipping will begin approximately 1 week after the end of the auction
***Local Pickup appointments for this sale are by appointment only at the private residence in Honey Brook, PA and must be removed from the house by Saturday July 18th. Day and evening appointments are available.
CONDITION REPORTS AND DESCRIPTIONS: as an auction firm we sell a very wide variety of pre-owned products and therefore can not be considered an expert or authority on the merchandise we sell. TEG Auctions inspects and describes the merchandise to the best of our knowledge and abilities, therefore written catalog and any oral descriptions are only our educated opinion, and should not be considered fact, and we do not guarantee authenticity, age, condition, materials, etc. TEG Auctions posts professional photographs of the lots to be sold and additional higher resolution photographs (when available) can be requested by prospective bidders. TEG Auctions holds firmly that the buyer is ultimately and fully responsible for knowing what they are bidding on, for doing their own research and for valuing the items before placing their bids. TEG Auctions is not responsible or liable for the correctness or completeness of the catalog descriptions, and we do not scientifically test woods, precious metals, ceramics or any other material for age, species etc. TEG Auctions recommends that prospective bidders do their own research, ask questions, and request higher resolution photographs of any items of interest to them before placing their bids. If you doubt the authenticity of something or are not confident in the condition or your valuation of the lot, we recommend that you do not bid on that item or lot, as failure to pay for winning lots will expose you to civil legal action in our jurisdiction. Absence of a condition report does not imply that the item is without defect or damage, normal signs of wear are to be expected with pre-owned merchandise and are not necessarily described in catalog descriptions. We encourage prospective buyers to contact us more than 48 hours prior to the end of the auction for any additional information or questions they may have about any particular lot of interest to them. Due to many of our sales occurring in private residences and closing on weekends we cannot respond to requests for additional information within 48 hours of the beginning of the close of the auction.
TEG Auctions describes all items to the best of our ability/knowledge and we note any significant flaws beyond normal wear that are detected on our inspection in the description of the auction lot, we upload high resolution photographs for zoom in capability and your inspection. Therefore, all sales are final, no returns no refunds are allowed, all lots are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. By registering to bid or placing a bid in this auction you agree to accept all terms of this sale and to not challenge any terms of this sale, you also unconditionally agree that you will not file or pursue any form of credit/debit card or other payment service (PayPal or Venmo etc) chargeback or dispute for any reason. We use in-house and a third party packing and shipping service (solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions) and you agree that packing and shipping services are not part of your purchase in this auction and that you are responsible to make payment to the shipper for their services. As a bidder in this auction you unconditionally promise to pay for all merchandise and logistical services related to the distribution and delivery of your items won in this auction. You acknowledge and consent to have you credit/debit card on file charged for your amounts due if you have not made payment in full on your invoice by the fourth day following the close of the auction. If payment is not received or if your payment attempt has failed and not been made in full by the 4th day following the end of this auction, a non-paying bidder dispute will be filed against you with the auction service you had registered with and bid through and a civil complaint may be filed against you in our local jurisdiction, County Court, or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court system.
Local pick up of merchandise won is encouraged However all local pick up is by appointment only and it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact TEG Auctions to scheduled a local pick up appointment if shipping is not needed or desired. Please note your appointment can be scheduled With TEG Auctions only after the payment is made on your TEG Auction invoice.
Transportation, packing and shipping services are not available for large and heavy merchandise won in this auction and the arrangement and fees for these services will be the responsibility of the buyer, logistical services may be performed by TEG Auctions and/or a third party shipper solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions for items purchased. Please contact TEG Auctions before bidding if you have any questions as to the availability of shipping services for the lots you are interested in.
**All items won in this auction must be either picked up in the designated location by the buyer or the buyer's representative on the days, locations and times listed in the notes section of each lot or as noted in the sale description if local pick up is desired. If any merchandise is remaining on the auction premises or shipping is not established and paid for by 20 days after the end of this auction, the items are considered to be abandoned and rights of ownership are forfeited by the buyer with title to the merchandise returning to TEG Auctions without refund or restitution to the buyer of any kind for the merchandise forfeited.
Terms specific to this auction:
TEG Auctions in house shipping (only for eligible items) solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions, by a local shipping partner or by a shipping service of your choice that you set up Limited to within 14 days post auction. Transportation and storage fees will apply if TEG Auctions has to store or transport your items beyond the pickup date scheduled with UPS for the pick up of your items won in this auction due to slow or non payment of your auction invoice. If arranging your own shipping and shipper, TEG will assist you and work with you and your shipper as needed (storage fees will be added for items stored beyond 14 days post auction).
Buyer's Premium
TEG Auctions will add a buyer's premium equal to 28% of the final sale (hammer) price of your items won to your invoice for payment. The buyer's premium is used to pay the online auction hosting service listing fees, sales commissions and other fees incurred in the use of their online auction platform. The payment processing services may add a fee for their services to cover their payment transaction processing costs.

The buyer's premium is used to pay the online auction hosting service listing fees, sales commissions and other fees incurred in the use of their online auction platform and the production processes for the online auction. The payment processing service provider may add a fee for their services to cover their payment transaction processing costs.
Payment Terms
Tax exemptions for all U.S. states are now being managed by the online services you bid through not by the auction houses, please contact the customer service dept. of your online bidding platform for information about filing tax exempt status with them and their payment processor to avoid having them collect sales tax on your invoice.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards on Payments trough your Invaluable or Auctionzipauctions invoice. We do not take credit card payments over the phone.

Shipping Terms
Both Shipping and local pick up options are available for most lots in this auction. Local pick up of merchandise won is encouraged However all local pick up is by appointment only and must be scheduled by calling TEG Auctions to set an appointment. Pickup appointments can not be set by text or email messages so please call TEG Auctions to set up your pickup appointment. Please note your appointment has to be scheduled With TEG Auctions following the payment of your invoice to give us time to sort and gather your items won. Transportation, packing and shipping services may be available for merchandise won in this auction. Fees for these services will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay before these services are rendered, logistical services may be performed by TEG Auctions and/or a third party shipper solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions based on the volume and type of merchandise purchased and by our staff availability to pull from auction production to perform packing and shipping services.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be assessed and collected by the online auction hosting service as law now mandates unless you execute a state sales tax exemption certificate and maintain it on file with the online hosting service (not TEG Auctions) PRIOR TO THE LAST DAY OF THE AUCTION and before your invoice is generated NO EXCEPTIONS. TEG Auctions can no longer waive sales taxes as this is now managed by the online bidding services.
