Treasureseeker strives to describe all items to the best of our knowledge, however we are not liable for errors or omissions, authenticity, signatures, origin, materials, quality, rarity or other discrepancies. Items offered and sold through Treasureseeker Auctions LLC are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are provided to the best of our ability and not a guarantee. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest or contact us prior to bidding for a condition report or to express concerns with the description. By placing a bid, either via the internet, by phone or absentee, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you have an expert examine the lot for you or do not bid. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price, estimates are simply an opinion. Treasureseeker Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction without liability. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. No employee or agent of Treasureseeker Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or on that of the consignor any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any property. Preview hours available prior to auction and condition reports offered up to 24 hours prior to auction by request as a courtesy but do not constitute warranty or guarantees. PAYMENT
Payments should be made through Invaluable Payments system-easy and quick. Bidders cards may be automatically charged by Invaluable 2 days after receipt of invoice. If necessary wire details provided on invoices; we accept cash and checks for qualified buyers-please contact us for details. We do NOT accept Paypal. Payments must clear prior to shipping or pickup. ***If paying by mail-in CHECK, please notify us within 3 days so we can void auto charge by Invaluable. ***Credit card payments are not accepted for jewelry or coins. These items must be paid by bank wire transfer, cash or certified check. Wire information is provided on invoices or contact us. SALES TAX: Residents of Nevada pay sales tax at current rate, presently 8.375% unless buyer provides us with an active sales tax exemption.

These are our trusted shippers. Post sale determination of shipping cost is not a valid reason for cancellation. It is the buyer's responsibility to get several quotes if needed. In-house shipping available by request and as noted in our lot descriptions. Once you have selected a shipper, please inform us at 725-735-4296 between 11:00am-3:00pm Pacific time and we will ensure that your lot is prepared for pickup.

Items MUST be picked up or shipped out of our building within 10-Days of auction end. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge a storage fee of $10 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidders name, at 35% commission no minimums, no reserves, or once the storage fee total charge meets the cost of the item paid, the item will be considered property of Treasureseeker Auctions LLC.
NEVADA RESIDENTS
8.375% Nevada sales tax will be charged to buyers residing within the state unless we are provided valid resale tax documentation.
