Conditions of Sale
1. The closing of lots is staggered, with each subsequent lot closing one minute after the previous lot. If a bid is placed within the final moments of bidding for a particular lot, the bidding for that lot only will be extended for 5 minutes to allow other bidders time to respond.
2. The total purchase price of each lot shall include the successful winning bid of the lot together with a buyer's premium of 22% of the winning bid. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
3. For Canadian buyers a Goods and Services Tax of 5% will be charged on the winning bid and buyer's premium on all lots shipped to Canadian Provinces other than Saskatchewan. A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 6% will be added to the successful winning bid and buyer's premium for all lots purchased by Saskatchewan residents or for delivery within Saskatchewan. However, the first $300 of winning bid for each previously owned artwork is PST exempt. Goods shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
4. Although Saskatchewan Network for Art Collecting takes great care and diligence in cataloging of lots offered for auction, all property is sold "as is" and neither we nor our consignors or agents make any warranties or representations as to the correctness of the catalogue entry or other descriptions contained therein.
5. Notwithstanding the preceding condition, if the purchaser can provide, within 30 days of the sale of any lot, written opinion from at least two acknowledged experts or authorities that the said lot was incorrectly described in the catalogue, and if the purchaser returns the said lot within 45 days after such notice in the same condition as sold, we as agent for the consignor will rescind the sale and refund the purchase price.
6. We reserve the right to withdraw any property up to the moment of sale.
7. With the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, title to the lot being offered will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein. The successful bidder thereupon will pay the full purchase price and assume full risk and responsibility for the lot. All property must be collected or otherwise removed by the purchaser at his or her expense no later than ninety days following its sale.
8. Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email from the auctioneer within 48 hours of the close of the auction, with instructions on payment methods and pick-up, delivery and shipping options. Payment should be made in full within ten days following the sale by email transfer, cheque, cash, bank draft, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or American Express unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be subject to a 3% surcharge on the invoice total.

A Buyers Premium of 22% will be added to the Winning Bid for all lots sold.

Shipping Terms
Saskatchewan Network for Art Collecting can provide purchasers with several options for packing and shipping throughout Canada, the US and internationally. All packing and shipping is done at the expense of the purchaser. If you are the successful bidder on one or more lots, you will receive an email directly from the auction house within 48 hours. Please then contact us to discuss your packing, shipping and pick-up preferences (and we can remove artworks from framing in order to ship without frame and glass). All artworks are located in Regina, Saskatchewan and are available for pick-up. Also, we are currently offering free delivery in Regina on invoices over $200, and occasional delivery trips are made to Saskatoon to hand-deliver to Saskatoon home addresses for a small fee when there is sufficient demand. We can pack and ship throughout Canada and internationally, or can deliver your artworks to a recognized international shipper for them to pack and ship via their direct communications with you. For US buyers, note that all Canadian and US artworks have been proceeding as tariff exempt under the terms of the Canada-US-Mexico Free Trade Agreement, but the situation can change. Artworks with a country of origin other than Canada, US or Mexico are more likely to have a tariff fee added by US Customs.
