New Orleans, green and yellow glazes, each inscribed on underside, tallest h. 18 3/4 in. (3 pcs.).

Note: Master potter and artist Charles Bohn founded Shadyside Pottery in 1988 within the Plum Street Arts District of New Orleans. An MFA graduate of Newcomb College who also apprenticed with renowned Bizen potter Takahara Shoji (1941–2000) in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, Bohn established his studio to specialize in stoneware, porcelain, and raku.
