New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1938. Fifth printing, November 1938. Octavo. Bound in orange-red cloth with a gilt-stamped seaplane motif on the front board and gilt lettering to the spine. Typography designed by Robert Josephy. 2. Cooper, J. Fenimore. The Prairie: A Tale. New York and Boston: Thomas Y. Crowell & Co., undated (circa late 19th century). Astor Edition. Octavo. Bound in dark maroon cloth with a blind-stamped Astor Edition wreath logo on the front cover and an ornate gilt-decorated spine. 3. Crossley, H. T. Practical Talks on Important Themes. [Toronto: Methodist Publishing House/William Briggs], undated (circa 1895). Octavo. Bound in dark maroon cloth featuring ornate gilt-stamped portraits of H. T. Crossley and J. E. Hunter on the front cover, accompanied by a facsimile signature of the author. The spine tail bears the MPH monogram.
