An eclectic assembled lot of fifteen decorative household and tabletop objects spanning the mid-20th century through the late 20th century, offering a charming mix of porcelain, ceramics, lacquerware, glass, wood, and decorative arts. Highlights include a Bing & Grøndahl (B&G), Copenhagen porcelain cachepot decorated with colorful floral sprays and finished with a gilt rim, retaining the factory mark to the underside (No. 669). Founded in Copenhagen in 1853, Bing & Grøndahl became one of Denmark's most celebrated porcelain manufacturers, internationally recognized for exceptional craftsmanship and refined floral decoration before later merging with Royal Copenhagen. Also included are a matched pair of Midwinter Staffordshire floral ceramic tumblers bearing the Midwinter England backstamp. Established in Staffordshire in 1910, Midwinter became one of Britain's most influential pottery manufacturers, celebrated for its durable earthenware and collaborations with noted designers throughout the mid-century. Additional items include three carved black display stands of varying sizes, a capiz shell bowl, turned wooden circular stand, pair of small glass dishes, a faceted crystal finial, a floral metal cachepot with artificial primrose arrangement, a frosted pink art glass tulip-form vase, a miniature Italian desk clock, a Japanese-style red lacquered covered bowl with bamboo decoration, a blue floral ceramic covered trinket box, a Thomas Cathey Collection angel-themed brass and beveled glass musical jewelry box (copyright 1993), and a hand-painted capiz shell trinket box decorated with a dragonfly, made in the Philippines. An attractive decorative assortment well suited for resale, display, or incorporation into traditional, cottage, or eclectic interiors. Approximate dimensions: • B&G porcelain cachepot: 7 in. diameter x 6¾ in. high • Capiz shell bowl: 6 in. diameter • Lacquered covered bowl: 5 in. diameter • Angel music box: 5 in. high • Blue covered trinket box: approximately 4½ in. diameter

  • Condition: Overall good mixed vintage condition with expected shelf wear, light surface scratches, minor finish wear, and age-related handling throughout. Bing & Grøndahl cachepot exhibits staining and wear to the unglazed foot rim. Decorative boxes and lacquer bowl show scattered surface wear. Music box appears complete; musical operation has not been tested. Artificial floral arrangement included as found. Inspection recommended.
