This collection consists of 16 softbound and thin hardbound art publications, primarily comprising exhibition and auction catalogs. A primary volume is the Sotheby's auction catalog titled Important Turner Watercolours from the Guy and Myriam Ullens Collection, London, July 4, 2007, which is a hardbound quarto featuring numerous color plates of J.M.W. Turner's works. Another significant inclusion is the softcover edition of Montclair Art Museum: Selected Works (2002), edited by Anne-Marie Nolin and Patricia A. Welch, featuring ISBN 0-936489-60-X (cloth) and ISBN 0-936489-61-8 (paper), and distributed by Rutgers University Press. The lot also contains a copy of Apollo magazine, Volume XCI, No. 97, from March 1970. Additional titles include David A. Leffel: Life & Still Life (George Stern Fine Arts, 2013); two catalogs for Burton Silverman titled Inside Out and New Paintings; The Power and the Glory: Pittsburgh Industrial Landscapes by Aaron Harry Gorson (1872-1933); Herman Maril: Paintings and Works on Paper from the 1920s and 1930s; The Allen Tucker Memorial (Art Students League of New York, 1980); and Allen Tucker: Centennial 1866-1966. The collection is rounded out by Crossroads, Selections VII from Brock & Co., From All Walks of Life (National Academy of Design), The Spirit and the Flesh (Oglethorpe University Museum), and Spanierman Gallery's Holidays 1989. The publications vary between octavo and quarto sizes and are extensively illustrated with color and black-and-white plates.
