Two Bohemian enamel decorated amber glass steins, late 19th C., Germany, hand blown glass steins with enamel painted tavern scenes, both with decorative pewter footrings and hinged lids, details include: half liter stein, tavern scene originally by Franz Defregger (Austrian, 1835-1921), inside of lid marked "G.TH.M.", scratch on glass near handle not affecting decoration, 7 1/2" h.; liter stein, unidentified tavern scene, lid with dragon finial, 10 3/4" h.; both with wear consistent with age and use.
