Conditions of Sale
The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the authenticity of, correct description, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowances made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all items being exposed for public exhibition are sold as is and without recourse.
A 22% Buyers Premium will be applied.
All buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding. Ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
All purchasers are required to register and give the necessary information requested.
Payment Options:
All purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of the action end.
We process payments thought Pay-Pal and Square and will accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Debit* so long as the debit card displays the logo of one of the above mentioned major credit card providers.
Payment:
Bidders must pay within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers are also responsible for shipping charges.
Shipping Terms
Shipping is charged per individual lot at a minimum of $6.00 We will combine and discount shipping cost for multiple lots purchased by the same buyer so long as all items are shipped to the same address.
Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will cost more for shipping to cover postage and handling costs.
Items purchased will be shipped within 6-10 business days of auction end, after payment. Items are sent through the UPS and may take up to two weeks to arrive once shipped. *Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer to arrive.
Buyers Premium:
A 22% Buyer Premium will be applied to all winning bids.
Conditions:
No Warranty. Everything is sold "AS IS" to the highest bidder without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
