All items are sold "AS-IS" Gallery 33 makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever.
Gallery 33 may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Designer Homes will not be responsible for any errors or omissions of item descriptions/estimates. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Designer Homes shall have no responsibility for any error or omission.
Bidding can be done in three ways, by leaving an absentee bid, by telephone, or on-line. Please contact us to set up any non-online bidding methods.

we charge a 30% buyer's premium on all winning lots

Shipping Terms
Buyer is responsible for the removal of all purchases. Gallery 33 does not deliver. We can arrange shipping at the buyers expense, however, gallery 33 is not responsible for lost or broken merchandise. We ship via UPS. Gallery 33 has an in house shipping, which reflected with invoice being sent, insurance usually included. if however you do not agree with the shipping cost please contact david at 863-255-8889 and we will see what we can do to lower the cost thank you
Florida Sales Tax
Florida State sales tax will be applied to auction invoices of FLORIDA Bidders ONLY.
A completed tax exemption certificate is required at time of registration for all buyers who wish to qualify for tax exemption. Buyer is responsible for payment for all successful bids. Any item not paid for by the deadline may be returned to the sales floor and will be eligible for resale.
All taxes assessed or imposed by the United States, the State of Texas, or any other government entity on this transaction will be paid by the buyer direct to the agency due, if applicable.
