The sculpture depicts a man in 19th-century attire, including a long blue coat, cap, and scarf, leaning against a gray street lamp on a cobblestone-style base. He holds a long, slender lighting pole with a gold-toned tip. Designed by Salvador Furio, the piece was originally issued in 1984 and retired in 2005. The underside of the base features a blue Lladro factory backstamp with the bell logo, HAND MADE IN SPAIN, and DAISA 1983. An impressed model number 5205 is also present alongside other factory characters.
