PLEASE READ: AUCTION HOUSE CAN NOT CANCEL PRE-BIDS! WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PRE-BIDS AND CAN NOT ADJUST, CHANGE, DELETE OR CANCEL THEM IN ANY WAY! PRIOR TO BIDDING, BE SURE THAT YOU ARE READY, WILLING & ABLE TO PAY FOR ALL ITEMS THAT YOU BID ON. DO NOT BID MORE THAN YOU ARE WILLING, READY AND ABLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM. ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ANY ITEM OR REQUESTS TO SEE ANY DOCUMENTATION ON AN ITEM MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEASE 48 HOURS BEFORE AUCTION BEGINS. REQUESTS FOR DOCUMENTATION AFTER BIDDING HAS CLOSED WILL NOT CHANGE THE BIDDER'S OBLIGATION TO PAY WITHIN TWO DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE. IF YOU ARE STILL UNSURE, HAVE UNANSWERED QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, PLEASE ENJOY THE AUCTION BUT DO NOT BID! THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor. Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. Best Auction For You, Inc. will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. "Repro", when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase. Buyer holds harmless and also acknowledges that Auction House and their employees have not made any representations upon which Buyer is relying. Absentee and online bids are accepted. Best Auction For You, Inc. sells all property containing mechanical movements (clocks, watches, and locking mechanisms) without any representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the future condition of said movements. Best Auction For You, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. All in house selling follow the same regulations as in terms and conditions. If you have any type of problems with funds or item, Including: visa, master card, paypal, or anything similar. Please contact the auction house.
Binding Agreement
BY SIGNING UP AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION HOUSE AND DO AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR CORRECT RESULTS OF THE AUCTION BEFORE INVOICES ARE SENT, BUT CAN NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF ANY BIDS UNLESS IT IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BY THE BIDDER. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Best Auction For You, Inc. , or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone's internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. Bidders that wish to be certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in advance.

Condition Terms

Provenances are included in the catalog to the extent they are available. Estimates, Description and Condition are included with each lot. Best Auction For You, Inc. will answer to the fullest extent possible any reasonable question. The auctioneer may make corrections and provide additional information as available 48 hours prior to the starting time of the auction. Please contact us with any questions via email or by telephone.
Payment Terms
PAYMENT TERMS:
Major credit cards are accepted, NO AMERICAN EXPRESS AT THIS TIME. Bank wires are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Best Auction For You, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.
Best Auction For You, Inc. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Best Auction For You, Inc. anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction, Best Auction For You, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the INVALUABLE feature (pre bids) and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Best Auction For You, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time. If you did not receive an invoice that means you were not the winning bidder.
Shipping Terms
Shipping charges are not included on Auction House Invoice. Buyer is solely responsible for paying for shipping invoice with Auction House shipper. Buyer is responsible for the removal of all winning items. Due to warehouse locations, items may be sent separately. After payment clears allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. The Shipping Company will contact you to invoice you for the shipping charges separately. The Shipping Company must be given the correct shipping address to ensure your package is delivered to the right address. Auction House will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company or for any lost deliveries. Shipping Company Contact info will be provided when you are a winning bidder. If Invoice is sent to our Collection Agency shipping will take 4-10 weeks.
