The text is bound by brown marbled paper boards with the title and author's name emblazoned in gilt letters on the green leather spine cover. This book is complete with a protective slipcase which bears a gilt facsimile of Porter's signature on a green leather field.

The flyleaf to this text bears a limitation page which reads: "This edition, signed by the author, is limited to two hundred and fifty copies, of which this is copy number 220."
