Desirable Iver Johnson Skeet-Er .410 Bore Double Barrel Shotgun Two Barrel Set with Case Manufactured between 1932 and 1942. This shotgun features dual bead sights on the serrated solid rib. The barrels are marked for 3 inch chambers and are choked full/improved cylinder. The frame is a polished blue with "IVER JOHNSON/SKEET-ER" on the left side and the Fitchburg, Mass address on the right. The action is fitted with a Miller single selective trigger with the selector built into the safety switch on the upper tang. Mounted on a nicely figured multi-point checkered beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with a solid rubber recoil pad. The Individual barrel sets are numbered to the gun with their own numbered forearm and are marked "1" and "2" respectively. Barrel set 2 is 26 inches long with dual bead sights on a solid rib with 3 inch chambers and improved modified/improved modified chokes. Includes a contemporary cloth covered takedown case with a green felt interior and included leather straps. The stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 inches. The wood is very good with sharp checkering, and some small scattered dings. Mechanically excellent. The second barrel set and forearm are also very fine with light handling marks. The case is excellent.
