$5500.00 down from successful bidder or bidders within 24 business hours of the close of auction. Balance upon completion of deeds. You will be required to enter into a written agreement after deposit has been made. Balance due within 30 days or with a signed agreement from your financial institution. Deed and title insurance will be provided by seller. Possession will be given on date of closing.
