Edited by Beracha Chavas.
In 1938, about a thousand people from ninety variegated settlements from all around the country gathered to build a fence in the north of the country, a job that entailed a real risk to their lives. The book gathers letters and notes written by the volunteers and about them as well as nice photographs.
The book was published towards the end of the job, as a keepsake, by the Center for Youth of the Histadrut Labor Federation in Israel.
