Bidder is liable for shipping and handling. Lots won will be shipped in a commercially reasonable time after payment in good funds for the merchandise and the shipping fees is received or credit. Bidder agrees that service and handling charges related to shipping items which are not pre-paid may be charged to a credit card on file with Legacy Antique Auctions. Successful international Bidders shall provide written shipping instructions, including specified Customs declarations, to Legacy Antique Auctions Auction for any lots to be delivered outside of the United States. NOTE: Declaration value shall be the item'(s) hammer price and Legacy Antique Auctions Auction shall use the correct harmonized code for the lot. Domestic Bidders on lots designated for third-party shipment must designate the common carrier, accept risk of loss, and prepay shipping costs. We are especially careful to pack all items securely and therefore, charge the exact cost to us for shipping and handling. We do not make any profit on shipping and handling charges.

Our standards Buyer's Premium is 25%.

We accept credit cards for payment for any winning online bidders at all sales. We require credit card information to bid, and may use it for payment if you are the winning bidder.

Condition

The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, estimated selling price of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Packing and handling of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the purchaser
All lots - to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES FINAL. There will be no refunds so bid according to our terms and conditions.
