* Please read the terms & Conditions. All items offered are in AS-IS condition. Any information given as to the origin or age of any item may have been provided by the Seller or is public information and is in no way meant to be definitive. You be the judge. Inspection is encouraged. Make an appointment to preview or come on the advertised preview days. By registering and bidding at this ONLINE auction, you agree to:
(1) Enter into a binding agreement to pay for you item(s) and shipping if applicable if you are the high bidder,
(2) understand that YOU are responsible for having the correct contact information and VALID Credit Card information on file,
(3) agree to not charge back on your Credit card for ANY reason,
(4) Agree that you understand that these items are offered at a PUBLIC auction, and YOU, the BUYER, are responsible for the payment and removal of your items within 3 business days after the end of the auction if you do not have your items shipped by us or a 3rd. party shipper.
(5) Items not removed after the 3 day period will be considered forfeited, REGARDLESS of payment status, unless arrangements are made with the Auctioneer.
(6) You agree not to bid unless you can pay for and pick the items up, have someone pick them up, or agree to use our in-house or a 3rd party shipper and pay the Handling Fee AND the Shipping fee.
The Auctioneer cannot store items for you from this auction. We understand that unexpected things happen. Please contact us if you cannot pick up your items on time. If you do not respond to emails, texts or phone calls, your items will be considered abandoned and forfeited regardless of payment status.
If you bid on any item in this auction, please look for the invoice in your inbox or spam. Invoices are usually sent 1-2 hours after the online auction closes on Sunday night. The winning invoices will show the pick up address and days to pick up. Please be prompt picking up your winnings.

Item Condition
All items are offer in AS-IS CONDITION. No guarantee or warranty is implied concerning age, authenticity, style, composition, completeness, damage or original use. The lighting in the home may alter the true color or finish of an item in the photos. Come inspect the items, if possible, on the advertised days, or by making an appointment. call us at 501-258-4400 to schedule.
Payment & Pick-up
We do not charge your card on file with Auctionzip automatically. YOU must pay the invoice we send you. We will charge your card that is on file with auctionzip on the 3rd day. For payment of online timed auction winnings, we will accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover Credit or Debit cards, Invaluable Pay and PayPal as online payment. A 5% AuctionZip platform fee will apply. NO ADDED Buyer's Premium. Shipping is available on small items for a minimum $5 per lot fee - NOT including furniture, China sets, heavy or extremely fragile items like flower and bird figurines. Auctioneer may bundle at their discretion on small items. If you pick your items up in person on the advertised PICK-UP days, we will also accept cash & personal check with proper photo I.D. If you send someone to pick up your items, make sure they have proof of your payment online or cash. No items will be released without payment in full. Due to the Labor Day Holiday, pick up will be Tuesday & Wednesday Sept. 2nd & 3rd from 11-6pm at Hogan Dr., Little Rock, Ar., 72209 ONLY. Exact address will be given to winning bidders on the invoice.
Shipping Terms
* Some items may not ship such as furniture, fragile flower or bird figurines or heavy bulky items, China sets and fragile glassware. We use USPS or UPS depending on the size & weight at the best price available. There's a minimum of $5 per lot HANDLING FEE on items we will ship. The Auctioneer may bundle small items at their discretion. This fee IS NOT THE SHIPPING FEE. large boxes and special packing materials may be an extra fee. We will contact you about your shipping cost via new invoice and text, email or phone call after the Winning Bidder invoice has been paid. It is your responsibility to watch for our invoice, emails, texts or calls. If we cannot contact you or you do not return our attempts to contact you, consider the items forfeited regardless of payment status after 3 days and you will be blocked from participating in further auctions and a dispute will be filed unless you require out of state shipping. REMEMBER bulky items, iron, cast metals, stone. resin and glass are heavy to ship and may require extra shipping and handling fees. Please check with John Saugey at 501-258-4400 before you bid if you have questions about shipping an item. We can take fragile figurines to a 3rd party shipper. There will be a minimum $5 handling fee per lot to carry the items to the 3rd party shipper. They will charge you for the actual packing and shipping. Once we drop items off to the shipper, we are no longer responsible for the items. If you do not agree with their shipping fees, the items will be considered abandoned, and they may dispose of the items at their discretion.
