Conditions of Sale
All items are sold as is where is without Warranty or guarantee of any kind. If you should have questions, you must ask before you bid. Please ask questions by calling the Auction Gallery at 937-547-3202 at least 2 hours before the live auction begins. If we are unavailable please leave a message and we will answer your call as soon as possible. Questions will not be answered during the auction.
The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by auctioneer. Please use your own judgment to condition and grade of any item. Again, please ask questions before you bid. We cannot accept returns.
Contract
By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Non paying bidders will be added to the black list and turned over to collections.

Payment Information
If you do NOT want us to charge the credit card on file, please call the Auction Gallery with an alternate form of payment or make a paypal payment.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID BY 8AM ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION.
You may call the Auction Gallery to arrange payment at 937-547-3202. All items not paid for by the 1st Monday following the auction will be billed to the credit card left on file at registration and shipped.
We accept Pay Pal at [email protected], Discover, MasterCard & Visa. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
All items that are not paid by the due date become property of the Auction Gallery and may be resold at the Galleries discretion.
Shipping Information
ALL items are shipped PRIORITY mail. If more than one item is purchased we will combine shipping. Standard shipping is $6.15 for anything we can fit in a small flat rate box or envelope. All paid items will be shipped by the Thursday following the auction. All items $25 and over will be shipped with insurance. Items $24 and less may request insurance. Uninsured items are shipped at your own risk.
