Photo ID. Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card accepted. Ohio sales Tax and 10% buyer premium applied to all purchases. Absentee bidders must be preregistered no less than 1 day before sale. Announcements day of sale take precedent over written material, Any bid discrepancy will default to the House

ONLINE: Buyers
Preregister with Invaluable / Auctionzip. All purchases payable through Invailable Payments. 15% buyer premium to all online purchases. Payable upon receipt of invoice. We are not responsible for loss of internet connections or connectivity during auction.

All items sold AS IS with no guarantees or warranties and No Refunds. Not responsible for accidents and or injuries occurred onsite.

Shipping Terms

We DO NOT provide shipping quotes. Free local pick up Wednesday between 12 PM to 3 PM the following week of Auction. If you will not be picking up that day you must prearrange that with Us before the day of sale. Buyer is responsible for all Packing and Shipping. For International buyers it recommended that you set up a UPS or FedEx account, you are also responsible for all Taxes, Duties and Customs fees that may apply. Items will be picked up by UPS 3593 Medina Rd, Medina, Oh 44256. (330) 723-5853. Wednesday after the Auction.
Any packing that is not paid for to shipper or refusal of payment to ship and we have to pickup from shipper, buyer will forfeit item or items with NO REFUND by Cledis Estes Auctions
