Wurfflein Pock Pistol This pistol was manufactured by Andrew Wurfflein in Philadelphia in the mid-19th century. It has "A. WURFFLEIN/PHILA" on the lock and barrel, "CAST STEEL" on the upper right barrel flat, and scroll engraving. Manufacturer: Wurfflein Andrew & William Model: Pocket BBL: 3 inch flat top round Stock: walnut Gauge: 42 Finish: brown/casehardened Grips: Serial Number: NSN Class: Antique Condition: Very good. The iron has dark brown and gray patina and some slight spotting. The German silver has aged patina. The replacement nipple does not fit and has visible threads. The lock is mechanically fine, and the markings and patterns are crisp. The stock has nice checkering, some scratches and dents, and a couple small chips. B) Slotter & Co. Pocket Pistol This pistol was manufactured between 1863 and 1870 and has "SLOTTER/& Co PHILA" on the lock and breech and "WART/STEEL" on the barrel. Manufacturer: Slotter & Co Model: Pocket BBL: 2 inch flat top round Stock: walnut Gauge: 38 Finish: brown/casehardened Grips: Serial Number: NSN Class: Antique Condition: Very good. The iron has gray and brown patina, and the German silver has lightly aged patina. There is also some light pitting and scattered minor marks. The refinished stock is good with crisp checkering and a faint repair on the left side of the forend. The lock is mechanically fine, and the markings and engraving patterns are crisp.
