Condition Report

Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, and is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Great Gatsby's shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.

Payment Information

All payments accepted in U.S. dollars only. Purchases may be paid for with personal check, company check, bank wire transfer, MasterCard or Visa. If paying by check, Great Gatsby's reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Great Gatsby's and its bank. Shipping

Shipping of purchased property is the responsibility of the buyer. Great Gatsby's will furnish a list of preferred carriers from which the buyer may select at his sole discretion. Both domestic and international shipping services are available. After ten (10) business days from the date of the sale, each unshipped lot will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per day.

Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to the collection of Georgia state sales tax in the amount of seven percent (7%) from the successful bidder unless the successful bidder is tax exempt or the goods are being shipped outside the state of Georgia by a certified carrier.
