Please call in advance so that the staff can have your items ready.Internet bids are handled by members of our firm who relay bids to/from the internet live bidding console..All items are also subject to any applicable state and local sales and use tax unless the purchaser presents a valid sales tax exemption certificate. All items are sold "as is" - the auctioneer makes no warranties of any kind D. L. STRAIGHT AUCTIONEERS and the Consignor assume no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of the authorship of any property sold (that is, All property is sold "as is" and neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description,age, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability. D. L. Straight does not guarantee authorship or signatures of paintings. Items are sold with all faults. Website descriptions provided do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging or restoration. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report on any lots upon which they intend to bid, prior to placing a bid. Condition reports requested / received by phone or email are described to the best of our ability. As a buyer, if there is a question,concern or doubt about an item, don't bid on it. We reserve the right to withdraw any item before or at the sale and have no liability whatsoever. We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer will have sole discretion on determining the successful bidder. Bidding will be in increments determined by the auctioneer. If you are a successful bidder, the bid will be acknowledged by the auctioneer. If you are a successful bidder, payment is to be made immediately following the sale. Cash,checks in US dollars, traveler's checks, certified checks & wire transfers are the only acceptable forms of payment.International wire transfers will have a $40.00 added to transaction. A bank fee of $40 will be applied for international money transfers ( please note this is the fee the bank charges us for you to do a transfer in addition to whatever costs your bank may charge you.)WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS or PAYPAL AS PAYMENT FOR INTERNET BIDDERS. Items not picked up or arranged for shipping within two weeks will be transfered to a paid storage facility and the buyer will be charged for moving and storage.,Items will be deemed abandoned and D L Straight has the sole right to sell or disposed of these items. No exceptions. We have limited in house shipping.Please call our offices to confirm whether we will pack it. Please allow up to two weeks for items to be ready. Internet Bidding is conducted as a convenience and performed to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed. By registering for a buyer number, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. SHIPPING: . We offer in house shipping on most items. We cannot provide shipping quotes prior to auction. Pick up dates will be Thursday, March 5, 12 from 10-5. Please call in advance so that the staff can have your items ready. Please utilize the shipping calculators on USPS, UPS and FEDEX in order to have an idea of cost before bidding. We can assist you with local and long distance shipping outsource referrals. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS IN ANY FORM ALLOWED.
