Cased Weldon Bledsoe Signed Engraved Matching Consecutively Serial Numbered Third Generation Colt Single Action Army Revolvers -A) Engraved Colt Single Action Army Revolver Cased Weldon Bledsoe Signed Engraved Matching Consecutively Serial Numbered Third Generation Colt Single Action Army Revolvers -A) Engraved Colt Single Action Army Revolver Manufactured in 1981 and subsequently custom embellished by the well known Master Engraver Weldon Bledsoe, featuring floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the barrel, frame, cylinder, ejector rod housing, back strap and trigger guard bow. On the lower right rear of the frame is Bledsoe's intertwined "WB" signature. (very small, at the four o'clock position ahead of the hammer screw.) The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address, "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .45" on the left side and the left side of the frame is marked with the two-line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, all nickel finish and fitted with smooth two piece ivory grips with silver Colt medallions. The revolvers come in a very nice walnut custom case with cattle brands outlining the lid and French cut wine colored felt lining. The grips are a bit ill-fitting and remain excellent. The case is very fine with a fading felt pen marking on the outside of the lid and a couple of dings. The lining is excellent.
