This oil on canvas mural by Italian born, Carlo Marchiori depicts a classic mariners scene.

Brilliant colors and massive dimensions fill the room as commissioned by Donald and Ivana Trump. Marchiori who studied classic art and academic design in Padua and Venice. In 1967 he was nominated for an Academy Award for an animated short. He abandoned filmmaking for mural paintings and since 1978 he has lived and worked in California. His work is alive, designed to suit even the most modern environments in new buildings or structures.
