Conditions of Sale

By bidding on our auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and buyer agreement below, please read prior to bidding.
The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 5 days from the end of the auction.
While all care is taken to properly describe every item, any error in the item detail, such as Artist, maker, materials, medium or originality is unintentional and we are not responsible. The items in this auction are in "as is" condition at the time of the auction.
It is your responsablity to read the complete TERMS & CONDITIONS and read both the Item description and view the photographs provided prior to placing a bid online. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Make an appointment to preview the items offered if possible or attend the stated preview hours.
Notwithstanding that a Winning Bidder may have been notified of their placement of the Winners Bid Amount, we may at our sole discretion choose to withdraw and not proceed with completion of the sale of the item in circumstances including (but not limited to) where:
a) You have not been contacted directly by AuctionZip via email to confirm you are the winning bidder
b) if the Winning Bidder fails to make payment within 5 working days of the completion of the online auction. If payment is not received, the credit card on file may be charged or goods will be resold.
c) There is a technical malfunction with the website out of our control,
d) We reserve the right to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with the spirit and the letter of these terms and conditions and may, at our sole discretion, file a dispute against you with AuctionZip.
e) We are unable to contact the Winning Bidder for any reason.
f) you are under the age of 18

The Auction vendor (Auctionzip) reserve the following rights (which may be exercised by ISAYSOLD Auction Services without giving any reason)
To withdraw completely any item or items from the auction,
To refuse to accept the bidding of any person or persons;
To refuse a person or persons admission to or ban them entirely from the auction site;
To not disclose the reserve price of an item prior to the close of bidding or withdrawal of the item prior to closing.

Buyer Premium

ISAYSOLD Auction Services does not charge a Buyer's Premium other than the 5% required to use the AuctionZip platform. Happy bidding!

ITEM CONDITION

All are offered in AS-IS condition. Some shadows may appear in the photos, and the fluorescent lighting may alter the original color of the materials. We describe the items to the best of our ability, but the description is just our opinion and not definitive. All items are offered in "AS IS" condition. No further warranties, authentication, model, caliber, degree of completeness, construction, usefulness or guarantee of condition is implied. All sales are final. Make an appointment and come preview if possible, be confident before you bid, and be sure that you can pick your items up in the allotted time frame.

PAYMENT

We do not automatically charge your card on file. We will accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover CREDIT & DEBIT cards & PayPal or the Invaluable pay app as payment online for the Auctionzip allowed payment items. CASH and Arkansas checks w/ proper photo I.D. will also be accepted at pick up. A 5% Auctionzip.com online platform fee will apply to all purchases. No added Buyer's Premium. By registering with our auction company, you have entered into a contractual agreement to pay for your items. you agree to pay for your items and NOT reverse any credit card charges once merchandise has been delivered.
Once your payment has been received and processed, items will be released.

We do not charge a Buyer's Premium other than the 5% required by AuctionZip.
Please have a valid phone number and email address so we can contact you. It is your responsibility to have the CORRECT contact info on file with Auctionzip. All items must be removed within 5 days or shipping arrangements made with the auction company or will be considered abandoned regardless of payment status.

PICK-UP & SHIPPING TERMS

You can pick up items at 7811 HWY. 300 on Monday & Tuesday August 26th & 27th from 11-6pm. Call John Saugey at 501-258-4400 to make a private appointment if you prefer. All items MUST be removed within 5 days or considered abandoned regardless of payment status unless arrangements are made with John Saugey. Please pick up in a timely manner. We cannot store your winnings. There is no handling fee or additional costs if you are picking up goods. No items will be released until paid in full. You must show a paid receipt before items will be released. If a 3rd party comes to pick up, a paid receipt is required. ISAYSOLD Auction Services is not responsible for items after being picked up by a 3rd party.
We do offer shipping for a $5 per lot handling fee. Special packing or oversized boxes will be extra. Some items may be bundled for a reduced fee at the Auctioneer's discretion.
