BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated and conducted at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. The auction is governed by the following terms and conditions and is subject to applicable state laws. Any announcements or corrections made from the podium or via online platforms supersede those listed in the catalog.
By registering or participating in the auction, all bidders agree to these Terms & Conditions. All participants must meet the auctioneer's qualification criteria to be eligible to bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to disqualify any bidder not in good standing and withhold awarded lots at their discretion.
Bidders without established and validated credit must provide satisfactory identification (e.g., a matching credit card and government-issued photo ID) before placing a bid.
Some lots may be subject to a reserve price--a minimum amount agreed upon between the consignor and the auction house. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the consignor to meet the reserve. Should the reserve not be met, the lot may be passed. The auctioneer may also bid on behalf of clients or vendors and shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in executing bids.
All registration forms must include the bidder's full name, address, phone number, and email. Absentee bids may be submitted via our website or in person at our gallery. In the event of a tie between an absentee bid and an in-house bid, the in-house bid shall prevail.
The auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the winning bidder and may, in the event of a dispute, withdraw or re-offer the lot. The auctioneer also reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder, and cancel invoices, at their discretion.

DESCRIPTIONS, CONDITION, MEASUREMENTS, & ESTIMATES
All item descriptions are made to the best of our knowledge and are considered opinions. These descriptions may include commentary on authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, origin, or condition, but should not be considered definitive or legally binding. Condition reports, measurements, and value estimates are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Bidders are encouraged to examine items in person or request additional photographs or measurements. The absence of a condition report does not imply the item is free from defects, damage, or age-related wear. No statement in the catalog, online listing, or made at auction should be interpreted as a warranty or assumption of liability. Items deemed questionable may be labeled "unauthenticated," which represents only our opinion.

JEWELRY, GEMS & WATCHES
All gemstones are evaluated while mounted, and slight discrepancies in size or grade may occur. Watches and timepieces are sold as-is, with no warranty implied or offered.

ARTWORKS
- "By [Artist]": Believed to be an original work by the artist.
- "Attributed to...": Likely by the artist but with some uncertainty.
- "Follower of...": In the artist's style, near the same period.
- "In the manner of...": In the artist's style, but not of the period.
- "After [Artist]": A reproduction of a known or unknown original.
- "Signed by...": Believed to be signed by the artist.
- "Bears signature": Signature may not be by the artist.

OTHER
- Coins are tested and guaranteed authentic.
- Alcohol is sold as collectible; drinkability is not guaranteed.
- Autographs are considered authentic unless otherwise stated.
- Dealer's lots (multiple-item lots) are sold "as-is, where-is".

BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT
The final invoice total will include:
- Hammer price
- Buyer's premium
- Sales tax (7.5% for Florida residents)
- Shipping and any applicable fees

Important: Proxibid purchases will be automatically charged using the stored payment method.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due within 14 days of auction close. Unpaid invoices after this period may result in forfeiture of the item(s), which will revert to Affiliated Auctions.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)*
- PayPal (restrictions apply)**
- Money order/check with valid bank card
- Zelle
Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. All purchases must be paid in full before any items are released.
*Due to the risk of credit card fraud, bidder accounts without established purchase history may be required to pay via Zelle, money order, cashier's check or wire transfer.
**We do not accept PayPal for certain restricted categories (e.g. firearms, weapons, obscene or hate-related materials). Please use an alternative payment method for such items.

RETURNS
Items sold "as-is" are final and not eligible for return. For guaranteed items, if deemed inauthentic by three recognized experts, a full refund of the purchase price and buyer's premium will be issued. Returns must be authorized and completed within 10 days of receipt. Contact us for a list of approved authenticators.

SHIPPING
1. Items will be shipped or scheduled with a third party carrier within 10 business days after payment.
2. Shipping costs, including insurance (for items over $500), are the buyer's responsibility.
3. In-house shipping is not guaranteed; buyers may arrange for local pickup or third-party shipping. Oversized item shipping must be arranged by the buyer.
4. For shipping estimates, contact UPS Store #2281, Tallahassee: (850) 224-9969.
5. No alcohol (except wine) will be shipped.
6. Firearms requiring FFL or C&R licenses will only be shipped to valid license holders.
7. Ivory items will only be shipped within the U.S., excluding certain states. Know your local laws before bidding.

STORAGE FEES
Buyers have 30 days after payment to arrange shipping or pickup. After this time, the auction house will no longer be responsible for the item. Items not claimed within 30 days will be considered abandoned, and ownership will revert to Affiliated Auctions.
