Conditions of Sale

All property is sold "as is", and neither the auctioneer nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, provenance, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

All sales are final. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all the faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description, graphics and photography.

All payments must be made on items that are bid on in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal EXCEPT: Gold coins and gold jewelry will require a wire transfer. With any purchases over $1000, a wire transfer will be REQUIRED WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, unless other arrangements have been made with us. Wire instructions will be sent after the auction.

Shipping Terms

All shipments will be made by USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be shown on your final invoice that will be sent to you at the completion of the auction. Complete Auctions is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. While we make every effort to keep the costs of shipping and handling to a bare minimum the continual increasing cost of shipping supplies may reflect in a very nominal increase in your shipping and handling line item.
