Late World War II Nazi "qve 45" Code K-43 Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle with ZF4 Sniper Scope and Mount This is a late production rifle manufactured in 1945 by the Berlin-Lubecker factory and fitted with a non-matching ZF4 sniper scope and mount. The receiver is marked "Eagle/214/2584l/K.43, qve 45" with single bolt guide, rough cast bolt carrier, with the hollow cocking knob and the latch on the right side. The receiver has the standard scope rail and the rifle comes with a late war, rough cast sniper scope mount with the square ends. The mount has a "Eagle/214" proof (questionable) on the front end with a stamped single inverted number "2" on the opposite end. The mount is fitted an earlier ZF4 sniper scope that is marked "Gw ZF4/27547/ddx". The rifle has the standard issue blade front sight with a military tangent rear sight. The front sight has its original sheet metal front sight cover and the rear sight is graduated from 100-1200. It is fitted with a correct wartime laminated wood stock that is numbered "2584 on the underside a very faint "Eagle/WaA214" proof on the right side. It is fitted with a cupped sheet metal buttplate with the trapdoor. It also has the correct laminated wood handguard. The rifle comes with it original cleaning rod and one "aye/WaA843" marked K43 magazine. Manufacturer: Berlin-Lubecker Model: K-43 BBL: 22 inch round Stock: laminated Gauge: 7.92 mm Mauser Finish: blue Grips: Serial Number: 2584l Class: Curio & Relic Long Gun Condition: Very fine with 90% plus of the blued type finish overall with edge and high spot wear overall mixed with some light area of finish loss on the bolt carrier and sides of the receiver mixed with some areas light brown patina finish. The excellent scope mount has a dark blue/black type finish with wear on the edges and high spots with 95% of the blue finish on the scope. The optics are somewhat occluded. The stock very fine and handguard both have a very light honey colored oil finish showing minor handing marks/light pressure dents on the sides, with scratches/light sanding on the sides of the butt in front of the buttplate.
