ALL PURCHASES SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION.
Payment must be made within 3 days after the completion of the sale. If, for some unforeseen circumstance, you are unable to make payment within the 3 days, please contact us to set up an alternative payment arrangement.
RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Buyers Premium
A 13% buyers premium will be added to all final selling prices, so please take this in to consideration when bidding.

Shipping Terms
Shipping for accessory items and small furniture items that can be shipped via USPS, will be listed with a set / fixed shipping cost, which will include insurance.
BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS - SHIPPING: Please allow 2 weeks for the shipping of your item, due to the volume of items offered / sold in an auction.
LOCAL PICK-UP is Always welcome, at no additional cost to the buyer.... simply contact us and we can arrange a pick up time.
FURNITURE SHIPMENTS: Will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do have 2 shippers that we work with, who specialize in blanket wrapping fine art and antiques, so we can also assist by getting you a shipping quote. PLEASE FORWARD ME YOUR CITY, STATE & ZIP CODE, RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS AND IF THERE ARE ANY STAIRS.... AND WE WILL FORWARD YOU A SHIPPING QUOTE, IN REGARDS TO THE BLANKET WRAP COMPANY.
Small items will be shipped via USPS, OR GREYHOUND COUNTER TO COUNTER, unless otherwise stated.
IF WE LIST A FIXED SHIPPING COST, THEN THAT IS WHAT THE SHIPPING WILL BE, REGARDLESS OF YOUR LOCATION, WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES IN THE U.S.A. - ***HAWAII, ALASKA AND INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS WILL BE QUOTED***.
When shipping furniture, the shipping times will be extended, as the shipping times will be based on the shipping company's schedules.
YOU MAY ALSO USE YOUR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE / SHIPPING COMPANY. WE ARE ALSO WILLING TO DRIVE AND MEET YOU HALF WAY, AT A COST, DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED.... CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.
Sales Tax
7% Sales Tax will be automatically added to any Florida sales, unless a dealer resale certificate is provided. The sales tax is also calculated on the total, including the buyers premium.
