All items are sold with NO warranties of any kind. Online bidding and Phone bidding (which will be represented as a Floor Bid) will be accepted.

Buyers Premium

There will be a 15% Buyers premium plus the 5% Auctionzip fee.

Full Payment Due Within 24 Hours

When auctioneer says, "SOLD", the purchase becomes a legal, binding purchase agreement. Buyer is responsible for full, prompt payment.

Winning bidders will be invoiced immediately after the auction. Payments are due IN FULL by 5 P.M. Central Time, THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION.

Shipping

Shipping will be via USPS at Buyers expense Plus a packing charge per lot.

Shipping will be through Parcel post, Flat Rate Shipping, or Priority Mail. Insurance is available for $7 per $500 insured.

Items will be shipped within 2 weeks.
